Abstract

Alexander Dilger kritisiert in den Industriellen Beziehungen 4/2009 meinen dort veröffentlichten Beitrag „Die Aufsichtsratslücke im Dienstleistungssektor: Ausmaß und Bestimmungsgründe“. Der zentrale Vorwurf bezieht sich auf die Qualität der Hoppenstedt Daten. Darüber hinaus beklagt er die Unsicherheit bei der Eröffnung des Anwendungsbereiches des DrittelbG. Die vorliegende Replik zeigt, dass die Vorwürfe einer näheren Betrachtung nicht standhalten. Gleichzeitig werden neue Forschungsresultate präsentiert, die die Ergebnisse aus der kritisierten Analyse untermauern.
