Cooperativas Habitacionais: Histórias, Dificuldades e Prognósticos na Perspectiva de Redes de Negócios

Abstract

O trabalho discute o lugar das cooperativas habitacionais no construbusiness a partir da perspectiva da teoria social de redes, considerando sua história, suas dificuldades e suas possibilidades futuras. Nessa abordagem teórica entende-se que todas as organizações estão em redes, quer utilizem, ou não, suas conexões. A proposição orientadora é que as cooperativas ocupam posição secundária nas redes, apesar da literatura sobre o tema afirmar que organizações que realizam papéis de intermediação são mais importantes e poderosas. Como proposição secundária afirma-se que as relações entre cooperativas habitacionais e outros agentes caracterizam-se pelo formato hierárquico e pelo formato de competição de mercado, principalmente devido à falta de percepção de ação coletiva dos atores envolvidos. A literatura sobre o tema indicou as variáveis confiança, comprometimento, trocas, aprendizagem e inovação como relevantes para a pesquisa e discussão. &helip; Os resultados sustentam a proposição e sugere-se uma linha de ação gerencial para modificar a posição dascooperativas nas redes em que estão imersas.
