Abstract

Der Konjunkturaufschwung in Deutschland setzt sich auch im kommenden Jahr nur schleppend fort. Das Bruttoinlandsprodukt (BIP) wird im Jahr 2016 um 1,8 % zunehmen, nach 1,7 % in diesem Jahr. Dabei verschieben sich die Triebkräfte weiter zu Gunsten der Inlandsnachfrage. Insbesondere die privaten Konsumausgaben und der Staatskonsum steigen kräftig. Ursächlich hierfür sind zum einen die relativ hohen realen Lohnzuwächse bei gleichzeitig steigender Beschäftigung. Zum anderen werden die Ausgaben des Staates infolge der Flüchtlingsmigration spürbar expandieren. Auch die Investitionen werden von zunehmender Bedeutung sein. Die Investitionsdynamik wird im Prognosezeitraum etwas zunehmen; sowohl die Ausrüstungsinvestitionen als auch die Bauinvestitionen werden merklicher ausgeweitet. Der Außenhandel dämpft per saldo die Expansion des BIP. Der Arbeitsmarkt entwickelt sich weiter positiv. Der Zustrom an Flüchtlingen wird relativ gut verkraftet. Die Erwerbstätigkeit nimmt abermals zu, getragen von einem dynamischen Aufbau sozialversicherungspflichtiger Beschäftigung. Die Arbeitslosenquote bleibt mit 6,4 % konstant. Die Verbraucherpreise steigen 2016 um 1,1 %, nach 0,3 % in diesem Jahr.
