Ethnic minorities, emerging entrepreneurs in rural Viet Nam : a study on the impact of business training on ethnic minorities

Abstract

Based on a survey carried out in four communes in Yen Bai province in 2000. Evaluates the impact of participation in eight ILO workshops on business awareness and business planning. Examines outcomes relating to business start- up, improvement in existing businesses and improved income.
