Abstract

Working paper on the workers rights and working conditions of migrant workers, esp. Miners, in South Africa R - discusses occupational safety, occupational health services, employment accident benefit, survivors benefit, racial discrimination, wages, paid leave, freedom of association, freedom of movement, etc.; proposes that the Southern African Labour Commission undertakes labour inspection, collective bargaining, legal aid and information dissemination. References.
