Abstract

"Mit der Weiterentwicklung von Technologien, Computern und computergesteuerten Maschinen und Anlagen verändern sich auch die Substituierbarkeitspotenziale der Berufe. Darunter versteht man den Umfang, in dem die Kerntätigkeiten von Beschäftigten durch Technik ersetzt werden könnten. In diesem Beitrag untersuchen wir die potenziellen Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf den Arbeitsmarkt in Berlin und Brandenburg und gehen damit der Frage nach, in welchem Ausmaß nach dem Stand der Technik Ende 2019 die Beschäftigten in der Region Berlin-Brandenburg vom Substituierbarkeitspotenzial der Berufe betroffen sind."
