Abstract

"The in-company further training of older and low-skilled employees is promoted within the framework of the 'WeGebAU' labour market policy programme of the Federal Employment Agency. IAB has studied how these preventive measures are assessed by individual establishments. The programme is now better known, is seen in a positive light, and has given new impulses to further in-company training." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
