Abstract

L'objet de cette étude, commanditée par la COURLY, est d'une part de fournir aux collectivités locales des éléments d'évaluation des risques financiers encourus dans la mise en œuvre de leur politique de déplacements, d'autre part de proposer des mesures concrètes susceptibles de constituer une parade à ces risques financiers.
