Abstract

La fiction est souvent utilisée comme un support d'apprentissage pour les sciences des organisations. Elle porte en elle à la fois un côté exemplaire et illustratif mais encore une capacité à produire des représentations partagées entre les enseignants et les étudiants. Les sciences de gestion en tant que sciences de l'action collective nécessitent encore une expérimentation qui n'est que partiellement possible dans les études de cas ou autres simulations d'entreprises. Le dispositif pédagogique du « roman dont vous êtes le héros » permet à la fois de ne pas simplifier les mises en situations tout en permettant aux étudiants de vivre la théorie des organisations à travers les fictions écrites par eux. L'efficacité de ce dispositif repose d'un côté sur la décontextualisation apportée par l'écriture de la fiction. Et de l'autre côté, cette activité de conception donne lieu à la réalisation d'une variété très importante de situations organisationnelles différentes dont les étudiants doivent s'emparer pour ancrer leur apprentissage.
