L'insécurité alimentaire : dimensions, contextes et enjeux

Abstract

La sécurité alimentaire et son corollaire la lutte contre l'insécurité alimentaire est un enjeu majeur pour les sociétés et un défi préoccupant pour les gouvernants concernés. Elle est à la fois un vaste champ de réflexion scientifique, un domaine privilégié pour les interventions et un champ de confrontations et de controverses croissantes. Abordées d'un point de vue technique, les interventions en matière de " sécurisation alimentaire " buttent sur les limites inhérentes à leur approche technique et sectorisée, souvent déconnectée des réalités locales, à leur manque de convergence et aux cioncurrences entre intervenants. La sécurité alimentaire est une question transversale (agro-environnementale, économique, nutritionnelle) qui tend à se complexifier (pluralité des risques, des échelles, des temporalités, diversité des logiques et des acteurs).
