Abstract

Ce document propose une analyse des chartes d'utilisation des technologies de l'information de la communication (TIC) des universités de la région de l'Isère. L'objectif est de découvrir si ces chartes d'utilisation peuvent être utilisées comme base d'évaluation des usages éthiques adoptés au sein des établissements. La grille d'analyse utilisée a été initialement proposée par Déborah Johnson (1985) pour analyser les codes éthiques des professionnels des systèmes d'information. Johnson suggère que les codes éthiques professionnels devraient être examinés au travers de quatre types d'obligations. Il s'agit des obligations à l'égard de la société, obligations à l'égard de l'employeur, obligations à l'égard des clients et des obligations à l'égard des collègues et autres organisations professionnelles. Il apparaît que sur les trois chartes, une respecte trois des obligations suggérées par Johnson. Par ailleurs, la grille d'analyse de Johnson ne peut pas s'appliquer exactement à notre contexte. Il conviendra dans une recherche ultérieure de la faire évoluer.
