Abstract

Les indicateurs de gestion peuvent donner lieu à diverses interprétations. Cette problématique est illustrée à partir d'une présentation de deux lectures du nombre d'entrées d'un musée [d'un ensemble de musées]. Cet indicateur de fréquentation, utilisé dans le domaine muséal comme un indicateur de performance, y est à titre principal interprété par rapport aux objectifs de diffusion et de démocratisation des musées.
