Abstract

A la lumière du concept de légitimité, l'ouvrage remet en question la distinction classique entre secteur public et secteur privé. Il remet en perspective les principes d'action qui régissent deux univers : celui des entreprises privées qui n'ont pas à gérer la légitimité des relations qu'elles entretiennent avec leur environnement et celui des organisations qui ont à gérer des externalités dont la légitimité est contestée.
