Abstract

Les termes de rétention d'information, de dissimulation d'information, et de protection d'information semblent poursuivre le même objectif : celui de ne pas communiquer à autrui un élément de connaissance qu'il ne détient pas. Cependant, en fonction des auteurs et des situations de gestion, il semble que les usages soient différents. Il apparaît dès lors nécessaire d'en comprendre les subtiles différences, notamment dans le contexte des chaînes logistiques.
