Abstract

La transition numérique que nous vivons depuis plusieurs années et qui s'intensifie de jour en jour place l'inclusion numérique au cœur des réflexions stratégiques des organisations. Comment proposer des parcours numériques qui permettent à tous les usagers de participer ? Comment accompagner les différents profils d'usagers dans leur utilisation du numérique ? Après un rappel des principaux travaux portant sur l'inclusion numérique, nous discutons l'importance de centrer sur l'usager les recherches portant sur l'inclusion numérique ainsi que l'apport que pourrait représenter la Théorie de l'Autodétermination de Deci et Ryan (2000) pour déterminer des cadres organisationnels plus inclusifs et performants.
