Abstract

Cet article s'interroge sur la façon dont s'expriment les différentes formes de proximité dans le cadre d'une relation de délégation de projets de R&D et d'innovation entre un donneur d'ordres et l'un de ses prestataires. Reposant sur les apports de l'approche fondée sur les ressources et sur l'économie des proximités, il s'attache à analyser l'intensité des besoins de proximité entre les partenaires et envisage l'évolution de ceux-ci au cours du temps. L'étude de cas réalisée sur une relation spécifique de délégation de projets de R&D montre que toutes les formes de proximité ne sont pas concernées par la coordination des partenaires en même temps qu'elle souligne certaines interrelations entre composantes de la proximité.
