Télétravail et performance sociale des collectivités locales togolaises en période de crise sanitaire : cas de la covid-19

Abstract

Dans l'objectif de de mettre en exergue l'effet de la pratique du télétravail en période de crise sanitaire à la covid-19 sur la performance sociale des collectivités locales togolaises, une collecte de données a été réalisée auprès de 303 collectivités locales. Les résultats des analyses ont montré que la dimension « sédentarisation » du télétravail a un effet positif sur les variables « Environnement » et « Communauté » tandis que l'effet est plutôt négatif sur le facteur « Employé » de la performance sociale. A contrario la sous variable « Nomadisme » du télétravail influence négativement la « Communauté » et positivement les dimensions « employés, environnement »
