Abstract

Cet article traite de la transmission à une personne physique externe (RPPE) en contexte de PME. Plus précisément, il s'agira d'identifier et comprendre les choix en matière de gestion des ressources humaines après la reprise. Nous montrerons que, aussi paradoxal que cela puisse paraître, le bouleversement de la GRH par le repreneur peut favoriser le succès de la reprise. Pour ce faire, nous aborderons dans une première partie les spécificités de la RPPE et de la GRH en PME et dans une deuxième partie, nous présenterons les résultats d'une étude menée dans une PME industrielle du Languedoc-Roussillon transmise en 2007.
