Abstract

La contribution fournit une évaluation du degré d'efficacité des différents systèmes de production du porc en France. Deux mesures sont fournies. La première appelée efficacité intra-système capture les gains pouvant être mobilisés à l'intérieur de chaque système dans une optique d'augmentation de la production conjointement à une réduction des rejets polluants vers l'environnement. La seconde dite efficacité structurelle caractérise les gains résultant d'une modification de la structure de production du secteur porcin c'est-à-dire d'une évolution des systèmes existants.
