A consistent set of economic and social indicators for project evaluation

Abstract

La contribution s'appuie sur les résultats du programme européen Medmont qui a porté sur l'évaluation des projets d'investissement dans les zones méditerranéennes de montagne. Un ensemble cohérent d'indicateurs économiques est sociaux est proposé pour évaluer les effets économiques directs et indirects des projets, ainsi que leurs impacts sur le bien-être de la population résidante. La méthodologie est appliquée à vingt-cinq projets sélectionnés dans cinq États membres de l'Union européenne, ce qui permet d'illustrer une variété de situations sur le plan institutionnel.
