Marché contingenté à l'importation et marché des droits à importer en concurrence imparfaite : le cas de la banane dans l'Union européenne

Abstract

Les auteurs étudient le fonctionnement du marché des droits à importer, associé au contingent tarifaire appliqué par l'Union européenne (UE) aux bananes d'Amérique Latine et non traditionnelles ACP (Afrique, Caraïbes et Pacifique). L'attention est centrée sur les conséquences du pouvoir de marché détenu par certains opérateurs (les opérateurs A) sur le marché européen du fruit et sur le marché mondial des droits, en termes de partage de la rente du contingent tarifaire.
