Livraison De Colis Et Logistique Urbaine : Quelles Recompositions De La Messagerie En Milieu Urbain ?

Abstract

Le secteur de la messagerie et de l'express a connu d'importantes recompositions dans son maillon urbain depuis une dizaine d'années. Confronté à l'évolution des comportements d'achat des consommateurs et des entreprises, le secteur accouche d'un segment nouveau, la messagerie urbaine légère, défini comme une offre urbaine spécifique de livraison de colis légers. L'article issu d'un travail de thèse en cours avec La Poste a pour but d'expliquer les logiques qui ont présidé à la naissance de ce nouveau segment, de dresser un panorama renouvelé des acteurs qui le composent dans une typologie distinguant héritiers de la messagerie et nouveaux entrants, et d'analyser les stratégies et les nouvelles solutions qui dessinent les contours communs de ce segment en construction.
