Abstract

Longtemps considérée comme un cas particulier dans le paysage européen et même occidental, la fonction publique française semble, depuis le début des années 2000, s'inscrire dans un mouvement de réforme conduisant à développer des outils et des normes professionnelles en usage dans le secteur privé. Cet alignement de la fonction publique française sur le modèle de la " nouvelle gestion publique " constitue sans doute un élément central dans la réforme de l'État depuis 2002 et, surtout, depuis 2007. [] L'objet de ce numéro est donc de s'interroger à la fois sur la possibilité de cette privatisation et sur la sociologie du changement que celle-ci suppose.
