La competencia en los mercados digitales

Abstract

Las oportunidades de negocio se están desplazando cada vez más hacia actividades vinculadas al procesamiento y manejo de información y la prestación de servicios a través de redes físicas y virtuales. Las empresas son cada vez más digitales y, en lugar de hablar de empresas digitales o de mercados digitales, deberíamos utilizar la etiqueta de economía digital. La digitalización está omnipresente tanto desde el lado del productor como del consumidor y la pandemia de covid-19 ha sido una gran fuerza impulsora para acelerar el proceso. El desarrollo y la aplicación de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) promete ser otro impulsor importante.
