Innovative Indo-US Collaborations – Missed Opportunities

Abstract

The science studies approach is followed and pose this question about the Indo US Knowledge Initiative on Agriculture (or KIA for short). The question asked here is ‘if indeed such collaborations are desirable, what it would take, how do we go about it and what lessons if any can we learn from past attempts?’. [KIA Workshop]
