Innovaciones monetarias y fluctuaciones del producto en Colombia

Abstract

Este trabajo intenta mostrar el vínculo entre los choques monetarios y las fluctuaciones del producto en Colombia, usando datos anuales entre 1950 y 1994, los cuales permiten el contraste de la no neutralidad de los choques monetarios en el corto plazo y de la proposición de neutralidad de largo plazo. Sin embargo, como veremos al final los resultados no permiten describir una relación clara entre dichas variables, en el sentido más convencional.
