Les enjeux de la santé et la sécurité du travail pour les entreprises utilisant des matières dangereuses au Québec

Abstract

Depuis plusieurs années, le groupe Risque au CIRANO (Centre interuniversitaire de recherche en analyse des organisations) a mené plusieurs projets de recherche sur différents aspects de la gestion des risques liés au stockage et au transport de matières dangereuses impliquant différents partenaires gouvernementaux, des affaires municipales et de l'industrie. Le plus important d'entre eux est le projet GLOBAL-Québec. Dans le cadre du projet GLOBAL-Québec, une série de rapports qui couvrent des aspects plus larges que la SST a été rédigé et remis aux partenaires sur : Les activités de stockage et de transport liées aux MD au Québec (De Marcellis-Warin, N., Peignier I., Alvarez P., Trépanier M., Leroux M-H., 2008a Les réglementations applicables au stockage et au transport des matières dangereuses au Québec (De Marcellis-Warin N., Favre S., Peignier I., Trépanier M., 2006a) Les accidents durant le transport et le stockage des matières dangereuses au Québec (De Marcellis-Warin N., Leroux M.H., Peignier I., Trépanier M., 2006b) Les coûts du transport de marchandises et les spécificités du TMD (De Marcellis-Warin, N., Peignier I., Lupan, D., 2007) Les stratégies logistiques dans un contexte de stockage et de transport de matières dangereuses et incitations économiques (De Marcellis-Warin, N., Leroux M-H., Peignier I., Trépanier M., 2008b) Ce rapport fait le bilan des notions qui ont été étudiées dans le projet GLOBAL-Québec en mettant l'accent spécifiquement sur les aspects de santé et sécurité au travail. Nous souhaitions en effet faire une étude plus spécifique des enjeux liés à la santé et sécurité au travail (SST) pour les entreprises utilisant des matières dangereuses au Québec.
