Postales sobre educacion en la Argentina, 2015

Abstract

En diciembre de 2012 he publicado en esta serie de Documentos de Trabajo un paper en el cual analizaba 22 notas de opinión que había escrito a lo largo de casi dos años y medio en diversos matutinos porteños. De las mismas se podía concluir que la educación argentina se encontraba en crisis, las postales presentadas así lo evidenciaban. A partir de entonces realicé anualmente una nueva etapa de este desagradable viaje, visitando los eventos que marcaron la educación argentina durante 2013, 2014 y 2015. Hoy presento el diario de viaje de este último año, reproduciendo y analizando 19 columnas de opinión que he publicado en Ambito Financiero, Buenos Aires Herald, Clarín, El Cronista Comercial, Infobae, La Voz del Interior y Perfil. Todas las notas comparten una misma metodología de análisis. En primer lugar, la descripción del hecho que dio origen a la misma, luego su análisis a la luz de la teoría de precios y finalmente, en varias ocasiones, propuestas de políticas públicas en base a la experiencia de otras sociedades que han enfrentado problemas similares. Cada nota se encuentra precedida de una introducción en la cual extiendo la descripción del evento que dio origen a la misma y propongo referencias para el lector interesado. El paper culmina con una sección dedicada a proponer y fundamentar, al igual que en los años anteriores, políticas públicas que podrían mejorar la calidad de vida de muchos argentinos.
