Abstract

This handbook pairs processed food industries with their corresponding products. These pairings merge the domestic Standard Industrial Classification System (SIC) for classifying industries and the international Harmonized System for classifying imported and exported products. The result is a concise reference for use in analytical or statistical work that requires identification of the individual products that compose industries' aggregate processed food imports and exports.
