Abstract

In most organizations, taking a rigorous, fact-based approach to decision-making about the people side of the business will represent a new way of doing things. Some managers and executives will understand quickly and embrace it. Others will come along more slowly. Therefore, a follow through strategy is necessary, including periodically touching base with stakeholders to see how they are using the findings and insights, and what can be done to help them make more effective use of the analysis. Finding ways to celebrate the success of “early adopters” can help to get the word out to the rest of the organization, so they can better understand the potential benefits they might realize with the use of People Analytics.
