Abstract

La realidad peruana está llena de anécdotas de tratos diferenciados, incluso dentro de las instituciones del Estado. Este estudio analiza la extensión de la discriminación dentro de las instituciones del Estado. Para ello se utiliza la Encuesta Nacional de Hogares (Enaho) en la búsqueda de evidencias de discriminación racial en tres niveles: (i) acceso a servicios públicos, (ii) montos de coima exigidos a los hogares y (iii) tasa de conclusión exitosa de los trámites.
