Digitalisierung und Tarifpolitik: Die Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt und ihre tarifpolitische Gestaltung

Abstract

Im Fokus der industriesoziologischen Forschung zur Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt in Deutschland stehen bisher die Gestaltung der Entwicklungen auf betrieblicher Ebene und die neu entstehende Plattformökonomie. Ein Blick auf die tarifpolitische Gestaltung von Digitalisierung fehlt weitgehend. Diese Study gibt einen ersten Überblick über tarifvertragliche Regelungen zu Digitalisierung und einzelnen Digitalisierungsaspekten in den Organisationsbereichen der DGB-Gewerkschaften.
