Sorgfaltspflicht in Transportlieferketten: Gesamte Lieferkette in den Blick nehmen

Abstract

Spätestens seit den wochenlangen Streiks von LKW-Fahrenden aus osteuropäischen und zentralasiatischen Ländern an der Raststätte in Gräfenhausen im Jahr 2023 ist klar, dass kriminelle Ausbeutung und Verstöße gegen Menschenrechte entlang der Lieferkette nicht nur in fernen Ländern stattfinden, sondern auch in Deutschland. Am Fall Gräfenhausen zeigt sich, wie sich die Branche der Transportlogistik in den vergangenen Jahren verändert hat, wie das deutsche Lieferkettengesetz hier gegriffen hat und warum gerade für diese Branche das EU-Lieferkettengesetz ein Gamechanger sein wird. Insbesondere für mobile Arbeitskräfte aus dem Ausland ist es wichtig, gleichberechtigte Arbeitsbedingungen zu schaffen und einen Zugang zu Versorgungsinfrastrukturen zu ermöglichen.
