Mitbestimmung von Mitarbeitenden aus DIY-Communities

Abstract

Der Trend zu Do-It-Yourself (DIY) und offenem Wissensaustausch in Online-Communities fordert etablierte Institutionen heraus. Auch in avancierten Bereichen der Forschung und Entwicklung gelingt es alternativen Projektgemeinschaften inzwischen, Technologien und Wissen kostengünstiger und effizienter weiterzuentwickeln als die Entwicklungsabteilungen traditioneller Unternehmen. Diese Studie stellt Mitglieder von DIY bzw. Open Biology Communities als potenzielle Mitarbeitende etablierter Unternehmen in den Mittelpunkt und zeigt, wie mit Hilfe einer guten Mediation eine erfolgreiche Kooperation zwischen diesen beiden ungleichen Gruppen möglich ist.
