Abstract

Die Maßnahme "Back to the Future – Beschäftigung" (B2F) bietet seit Oktober 2016 Wiener Jugendlichen (18 bis 24 Jahre) mit Mindestsicherungsbezug wirtschaftsnahe Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten und unterstützt sie bei der Vermittlung auf weitere Arbeitsplätze. Die Maßnahme wird gemeinsam von Arbeitsmarktservice Wien, Stadt Wien und Europäischem Sozialfonds finanziert, im Rahmen zweier sehr unterschiedlich konzipierter Projekte abgewickelt und ist vorläufig bis September 2018 befristet. Die Implementierung der Maßnahme erfolgte unter großem zeitlichen Druck, dennoch konnten viele operative Zielvorgaben erfüllt werden. Wie sich zeigt, wurden die vorgesehenen innovativen Elemente jedoch in unterschiedlichem Maße umgesetzt.
