Der Einfluss der Betriebsraete auf Personalstrategien im Betrieb

Abstract

In Deutschland nehmen die Beschaeftigten ueber Gewerkschaften, betriebliche Arbeitnehmervertretungen und die Arbeitnehmervertretung im Aufsichtsrat Einfluss auf Personalstrategien. Besonders in Zeiten der Entgrenzung, Digitalisierung und Flexibilisierung von Arbeit- und Arbeitsprozessen gestalten die Betriebsraete die Personalpolitik von heute und morgen mit. Dies gibt Anlass zur Forschung, inwieweit Betriebsraete Einfluss auf die Personalstrategie in Betrieben haben. Eine Analyse von Mittel- und Grossbetrieben der deutschen Privatwirtschaft zeigt exemplarisch, wie Betriebsraete Mitbestimmungs- und Mitwirkungsrechte nach dem Betriebsverfassungsgesetz durchsetzen und vor allem ueber Betriebsvereinbarungen moderne Personalstrategien mitgestalten.
