Abstract

Warum lohnt sich gesundheitsfoerderliche Mitarbeiterfuehrung aus betrieblicher Sicht? Welche Rolle erfuellen die Fuehrungskraefte im mittleren und unteren Management in der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsfoerderung (BGF)? Wie sieht die Gestaltungspraxis von BGF-Massnahmen fuer Fuehrungskraefte aus? Wie kann eine gesundheitsfoerderliche Mitarbeiterfuehrung effizienter ausgestaltet werden? Diesen Fragen geht die vorliegende Untersuchung durch eine Literaturanalyse und durch eigene Fallstudien zu ausgewaehlten BGF-Massnahmen fuer Fuehrungskraefte wie Gesundheit Check-up, Handbuch zur Umsetzung von Mitarbeitergespraechen und Zielvereinbarungen fuer Fuehrungskraefte in nationalen Grossunternehmen nach. Insgesamt bietet die Untersuchung innovative Einsichten zur Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der gesundheitsfoerderlichen Mitarbeiterfuehrung in Deutschland.
