Abstract

El derecho de la organización mundial de comercio, OMC, es el primer libro en español que abarca el análisis de la totalidad de la normativa de la organización mundial del comercio, junto con el desarrollo de otros temas que por su importancia y efectos sobre el comercio son relevantes para entender y conocer el sistema multilateral de comercio.Este libro va más allá de lo hecho por los textos tradicionales publicados en inglés, pues incluye los últimos desarrollos y críticas al sistema comercial internacional mediante diversas voces de expertos que vienen de diferentes partes del mundo, la práctica internacional y la academia.
