Abstract

El presente tomo dela colección derecho de tierras que me complace presentar es el resultado deltrabajo realizado por el Grupo de Investigación el Derecho del Medio Ambientede la Universidad Externado de Colombia. Este libro se socializa ante el públicoen un época de confinamiento social generada por el COVID 19 que deja diversaslecciones, inclusive en el marco de derecho de tierras, por tanto encuentropertinente hacer ciertos comentarios respecto de los retos que sean podidoevidenciar, en particular la forma en que podrian entrar en conflicto losderechos fundamentales a la restitución, el debido proceso y la participación,con los asuntos propios de la restitución de tierras.
