Abstract

"El autor reconstruye el problema de la publicidad de la información personal en poder del estado desde una perspectiva teórica y legislativa. Esta investigación genera aportes los planteamientos teóricos de la dicotomía entre lo público y lo privado, aporta precisiones conceptuales en las definiciones de privacidad, datos personales e información sensible, desarrolla una dogmática adecuada para solucionar en la práctica los problemas planteados por la tensión entre la máxima publicidad de la información del Estado y la información personal en poder del Estado. María Marvin Esta investigación representa el estudio más completo, profundo e innovador de los derechos de acceso a la información y de protección de datos personales en su compleja relación. "
