Digitale Abwicklung von Immobilienkaufverträgen

Abstract

Verwaltungsverfahren zum Vollzug von Immobilienverträgen sind bürokratisch und langwierig, daher stehen amtliche Daten zur Entwicklung von Immobilienpreisen nur zeitverzögert und lückenhaft bereit. Infolgedessen werden für wichtige Aufgaben – wie die Überwachung der Finanzstabilität durch Aufsichtsbehörden – auch Daten privater Anbieter genutzt. In einem Projekt hat das Dienstleistungszentrum der Bundesregierung für Bessere Rechtsetzung im Statistischen Bundesamt gemeinsam mit anderen Projektbeteiligten den Vollzug von Immobilienverträgen untersucht und ein Digitalisierungskonzept entwickelt. Durch die vorgeschlagene Portallösung „eNoVA“ werden Verwaltungsstellen deutlich entlastet und eine schnellere und verbesserte Bereitstellung umfassender und qualitativ hochwertiger Daten kann erreicht werden.
