Neukonzeption der Bodenmarktstatistiken

Abstract

Die Bodenmarktstatistiken - das sind die Statistiken der Kaufwerte für Bauland und der Kaufwerte für landwirtschaftliche Grundstücke - bestehen seit mehreren Jahrzehnten. Neue europäische Anforderungen im Agrarstatistiksektor haben zu einer Überarbeitung sowohl der Abgrenzungen als auch der Merkmalskataloge beider Statistiken geführt. Ab dem Berichtsjahr 2021 erfolgt die Meldung der Transaktionsfälle von Grundstücken zudem erstmals über ein Onlineverfahren. Die gemeldeten Fälle werden standardisiert in einem gemeinsamen Fachverfahren aufbereitet, anschließend die Geheimhaltung maschinell durchgeführt und schließlich automatisiert in Veröffentlichungstabellen überführt. Der vorliegende Aufsatz beschreibt die Überarbeitung der beiden Statistiken und beleuchtet die sich daraus ergebenden Informationspotenziale.
