Volkswirtschaftliche Auswirkungen einer fahrleistungsabhängigen Lkw-Maut

Abstract

Die geplante Lkw-Maut wird bei einem Satz von 0,25 € je Fahrzeugkilometer eines Europazuges relativ geringe gesamtwirtschaftliche Auswirkungen haben. Die Verbraucherpreise steigen im Durchschnitt um rund 0,2%, die Zahlungsbilanz verschlechtert sich leicht. Die Verwendung der Mauteinnahmen für den Straßenbau belebt das Wirtschaftswachstum und erhöht die Beschäftigung. Durch die Verlagerung von Transporten zur Bahn ergeben sich positive Umwelteffekte.
