MULTIMAC I. Das gesamtwirtschaftliche Input-Output-Modell des WIFO

Abstract

Das WIFO präsentiert den aktuellen Stand der Arbeiten an einem multisektoralen Makromodell (MULTIMAC), das an Vorarbeiten aus den achtziger Jahren anknüpft. Die wesentlichen Neuerungen betreffen die Einarbeitung einer rezenten provisorischen Input-Output-Tabelle 1988, die Ausformulierung eines Preismodells und die voll konsistente Ankoppelung an das WIFO-Makromodell. Das Modell unterscheidet 18 Aktivitäten und Güter und wird auf Preisbasis 1983 integriert mit dem Makromodell gelöst. Dabei wird im Input-Output-Modell selbst technischer Wandel im Bereich der Wertschöpfungsintensität und der Arbeitsproduktivität erfaßt, andere dynamische Anpassungsprozesse werden aus dem Makromodell in das Input-Output-Modell hineingetragen. Das Modell bietet vielfältige Anwendungsmöglichkeiten in der ökonomischen Analyse.
