Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Anbetracht der Commoditisierung von Produkten sowie des zunehmenden Wettbewerbs ist es das Ziel vieler produzierender Unternehmen, neben ihren Produkten zusätzlich Dienstleistungen anzubieten, um so durch einen gestiegenen Dienstleistungsfokus ihre Wettbewerbsposition zu sichern. Viele Unternehmen sind jedoch selbst nicht in der Lage, ihren Dienstleistungsanteil zu erhöhen, sodass sich diese mit Dienstleistungsanbietern in Dienstleistungsnetzwerke zusammenschließen, um ihren Kunden zusätzliche Dienstleistungen anzubieten. Trotz der großen Relevanz des Themas herrscht noch immer ein Mangel an Literatur zu diesem Forschungsgebiet. Aus diesem Grund widmet sich dieser Beitrag der umfassenden Analyse von Faktoren, die zu erfolgreichen Dienstleistungsnetzwerken im Kontext der Servicetransformation führen. Zur Identifikation dieser Erfolgsfaktoren wurde eine qualitative Studie mit 29 Experten aus Unternehmen, die Teil solcher Dienstleistungsnetzwerke sind, geführt. Aus den Experteninterviews konnten 27 verschiedene Erfolgsfaktoren identifiziert werden, die sich den fünf Kategorien, strategische, strukturelle, systembezogene, kulturelle und prozessbezogene Erfolgsfaktoren zuordnen lassen. Weiterhin wurden Unterschiede hinsichtlich der Erfolgsfaktoren in Dienstleistungsnetzwerken mit hoher Integration des Leistungsangebots und hoher Interaktion der Anbieterpartnerschaft im Vergleich zu Dienstleistungsnetzwerken mit geringer Integration des Leistungsangebots und geringer Interaktion der Anbieterpartnerschaft herausgearbeitet. Daraus lassen sich wesentliche Implikationen für Forschung und Unternehmenspraxis ableiten, um Dienstleistungsnetzwerke im Kontext der Servicetransformation zum Erfolg zu führen.
