Vorteile für Beschaffungsbeziehungen in Clustern? Eine vergleichende transaktionskostenanalytische Betrachtung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Netzwerksynergien werden oft als Vorteil regionaler Industriecluster genannt. Aber sind diese Synergien wirklich relevant genug, um Cluster als Unternehmensumgebung aktiv für die Optimierung von Beschaffungsstrukturen zu nutzen? Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage werden Beschaffungsbeziehungen innerhalb von Industrienetzwerken (Clustern) und alternativ zwischen nicht netzwerkverbundenen Partnern diskutiert. Den vertragsökonomischen Aspekten dieser Fragestellung wird dabei durch Verwendung des Transaktionskostenansatzes Rechnung getragen. Die Ergebnisse der Betrachtung in Form einer Entscheidungsmatrix für Netzwerkbeschaffung wurden durch eine Unternehmensbefragung überprüft, in deren Folge ein Cluster-Lebenszyklusmodell für verschiedene Cluster- und Beschaffungsszenarien entwickelt werden konnte. Dabei zeigt sich, dass nur in zwei Lebenszyklusphasen die Beschaffungsorganisation innerhalb von Clustern gegenüber netzwerkexterner Zuliefererkontrahierung überlegen ist.
