Zur Dynamisierung Organisational Kompetenzen — „Dynamic Capabilities“als Lösungsansatz?

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die „Dynamische Kompetenz“ von Organisationen gewinnt in der Strategischen Managementforschung immer mehr an Bedeutung. Im Zentrum des Beitrags steht die Frage, inwieweit das Konzept Organisationaler Kompetenz dynamisiert werden kann. Zu diesem Zwecke werden die zwei herausragenden Dynamisierungsansätze vorgestellt und diskutiert. In der Analyse zeigt sich, dass die jeweils vorgeschlagenen Wege der Dynamisierung das Kompetenzkonzept überdehnen und die Realisation der Dynamisierungsforderung in letzter Konsequenz zu einer Auflösung dessen führte, was die Essenz von Kompetenz ausmachen soll. Mit der Idee des Kompetenz-Monitorings wird ein Alternativvorschlag unterbreitet, der das Spannungsfeld von verlässlicher Kompetenz und Dynamisierung nicht auflösen, sondern durch kontinuierliche Beobachtungsund Umsteuerungsprozesse bewältigbar machen will.
