Teorías organizacionales: un modelo teórico para mejorar el desempeño administrativo

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar un modelo administrativo para emplear teorizaciones científicas en las empresas, como resultado de una revisión teórica de las teorías organizacionales enfocadas a la optimización de las organizaciones, mismas que mantienen su origen a partir de la revolución industrial, desde aquellas enfocadas de forma general a las empresas y su mejoramiento, hasta aquellas orientadas a la planificación de un rubro en específico a largo plazo. Esto, como consecuencia del requerimiento para las organizaciones a la maximización de su productividad, marcado por el acelerado desarrollo económico y expansión de mercados, resultando en el inicio de las teorías administrativas, para mejorar la eficiencia tanto de trabajadores como de la organización en su totalidad, sentando las bases en la Administración científica de Taylor (1911) y Clásica de Fayol (1916), las cuales inician con la estructuración y sistematización de actividades, dan origen a una teorización que pretende entender a plenitud a las organizaciones y elevar su productividad.
