Makroekonomiczna i metodologiczna perspektywa dyskursu wokół pojęcia zielonej gospodarki

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest makroekonomiczno-metodologiczny dyskurs wokół pojęcia zielonej gospodarki z perspektywy zrównoważonego rozwoju. Prowadzone rozważania koncentrują się wokół postawionej przez autorów hipotezy, zgodnie z którą prawomocność i efektywność poznawcza koncepcji zielonej gospodarki oraz efektywna realizacja jej zadań i zasad pozostają w ścisłym związku z intersubiektywnym metodologicznym dyskursem w tym obszarze, czyli innymi słowy, spełniają wymogi współczesnej filozofii nauki. Autorzy w swoich badaniach wykorzystują najnowocześniejsze osiągnięcia metodologii nauk, odwołując się do podejścia konstruktywistycznego oraz przedstawiając krytyczną analizę podejścia korespondencyjnego. Ponadto makroekonomiczny kontekst badań dotyczący gospodarki opartej na wiedzy oraz znaczenia w niej zielonej gospodarki, osadzają w teorii zrównoważonego rozwoju, proponując szersze niż dotychczas ujęcie GOW, uwzględniające aspekty aksjologiczne oraz procesy kulturowe w tworzeniu wiedzy, a tym samym oddziaływujące na postać zielonej gospodarki w konkretnym kraju. Jak wykazują autorzy, gospodarka oparta na wiedzy jest otwartym, złożonym i dynamicznym podsystemem universum, w którym zmiany jakościowe są wyzwalane dzięki mądrości jednostek, zdolnych do promowania efektywniejszych i lepszych rozwiązań, dzięki szerszej perspektywie poznawczej. Taka definicja GOW implikuje rozumienie i podjęcie odpowiedzialności za odkrywanie subtelnych powiązań pomiędzy gospodarką, a pozostałymi subsystemami: środowiskowym i społecznym, tak aby dostosować aktywność gospodarczą do potencjału tychże podsystemów, co ma szczególne znaczenie z perspektywy zielonej gospodarki. To powoduje, iż racjonalne działania jednostek oparte są nie tylko na prostej, arytmetycznej kalkulacji użyteczności, ale również odwołują się do etycznych sądów wartościujących.
