Innowacje otwarte polskich przedsiębiorstw

Abstract

Celem opracowania jest ocena wpływu działań przedsiębiorstw w ramach innowacji otwartych (nieodpłatnego korzystania z informacji, współpracy w innowacjach oraz zakupu wiedzy) na ich sprawność innowacyjną, jak również określenie determinantów tych działań. Analiza prowadzona jest na danych z polskiej wersji kwestionariusza Community Innovation Survey (CIS) za lata 2008-2010. Próba to 7783 średnie i duże przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowe, z których ostatecznie do dalszych analiz wyodrębniono N = 990 firm. Na podstawie wyników modelu równań strukturalnych stwierdzono statystycznie istotny związek między współpracą w innowacjach z konkurentami, jak również faktem prowadzenia w przedsiębiorstwie prac B&R w sposób ciągły, a sprawnością innowacyjną badanych podmiotów, mierzoną zlogarytmizowanym udziałem procentowym sprzedaży produktów innowacyjnych. Analiza wartości krytycznych między parametrami pozwoliła ustalić hierarchię cech przedsiębiorstwa determinujących innowacje otwarte. Analiza makro indirect Hayesa pozwoliła z kolei ustalić mediacyjną rolę współpracy w innowacjach z różnymi partnerami w podziale na krajowych i zagranicznych w związku między poziomem chłonności wiedzy a sprawnością innowacyjną (mierzoną jako logarytm procentowego udziału w sprzedaży innowacji radykalnych i imitacji). Wyniki badania wskazują na złożoność relacji między analizowanymi zmiennymi zależnymi i niezależnymi i prowadzą do wniosku, że proces innowacji nie może być zredukowany wyłącznie do związków linearnych.
